If your receipt or confirmation email is from Tiqets, use Tiqets customer service or the help link in that email. Have your order number ready. Refunds, rescheduling, and ticket delivery follow your selected product's terms; do not contact Headout for a Tiqets order.

I didn't receive my ticket
Check spam folders and the delivery time on your confirmation. Contact the provider that issued your order, with your reference number. Headout cannot manage a Tiqets order, or vice versa.
I need to cancel or get a refund
Use the account or support link on your receipt. Eligibility, deadlines and fees depend on the exact ticket purchased; some products are non-refundable.
I want to change my booking date
Contact Headout support directly. Date changes are subject to availability and the specific attraction's policy.
I was charged but have no confirmation
Contact Headout support immediately with your payment details. They can locate the booking and issue your confirmation.
